The ideal candidate will have experience in the ready-mixed concrete industry, a strong understanding of their equipment and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise, as well as ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain concrete pump machinery efficiently and safely
- Transport and set up the concrete pump at job sites
- Coordinate with the concrete placement team to ensure accurate and timely pouring
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Experience:
- Proven experience in operating concrete pumps or similar heavy equipment
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
Requirements:
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Current Class 5 with clean abstract
- Physically fit, capable of heavy lifting, motivated and positive attitude
- Must be able to work independently and have awareness and assessment skill in an ever-changing work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Additional Pay: Overtime pay
